Configure, customize, and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules using XML, business rules, workflows, and data models. Perform system integration, execute test cycles (UAT, SIT), manage data migration, and support release updates and technical issue resolution. Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), Recruiting (RCM), Career Development Planning (CDP), Performance & Goals (PMGM), and Employee Central Payroll (ECPY). Utilize data to develop models that capture trends in the customer base, and also work with modules SAP BW, SAP MDG, SAP MDM SAC, Datasphere, Hana, and BPC. Provide end-to-end support, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering (any) with 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Katy, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
